Data Deletion Instructions

How to remove your SubHub account and all associated data from our systems.

Step-by-step via Facebook

Open Facebook Settings

On Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites.

Find SubHub

Locate SubHub in the list of apps connected to your Facebook account.

Remove the App

Click "Remove" next to SubHub. Facebook will automatically notify us to delete your data.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation code and a link to track your deletion request status.

Prefer to contact us directly?

Send an email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the address linked to your SubHub account. We will process it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your SubHub account and login credentials

All sublet listings you created

Saved searches and preferences

Any personal information extracted from your Facebook profile (name, email)

What may be retained

Anonymised, non-identifiable analytics data

Aggregated statistics that cannot be linked back to you

Processing time

Deletion requests triggered via Facebook are processed automatically and typically complete within minutes. Manual email requests are processed within 30 days.
